SIZZLING GRILLED FILET MIGNON

**PREPARE IN 10 MINUTES***

 

  • 4 FILET MIGNON STEAKS, CUT 1 Ĺ INCHES THICK (APPROXIMATELY 6-8OZ EACH)
  • DIMITRIíS GOURMET SEASONING

 

REMOVE MEAT FROM REFRIGERATOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE GRILLING.

TRIM EXCESS FAT FROM MEAT. RINSE AND PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL.

RUB OR GENEROUSLY SHAKE DIMITRIíS GOURMET SEASONING ON ALL SIDES.

SEAR STEAK ON HIGH FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 SECONDS ON EACH SIDE. TURN HEAT TO MEDIUM AND GRILL ABOUT 7-8 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE FOR RARE, ABOUT 10-12 MINUTES FOR MEDIUM RARE, AND 14-15 MINUTES FOR WELL DONE.
