- 2 Filets of fresh King Salmon (6-8 ounces each)
(about 1 inch thickness)
- Olive Oil (to coat the Fish)
- Dimitriís Fish & Seafood Seasoning
Rinse Filets and check for bones. Remove bones prior to cooking. Brush the salmon lightly with olive oil. Shake or rub Dimitriís Fish & Seafood Seasoning on each side of the Salmon Filets. Place filets on a grill over medium high coals or under broiler about 3 inches from heat. Grill 4-5 minutes . Flip the filet over and grill on the other side an additional 4 minutes. Serve with our Zesty Lemon Rice.
